FIG – Fundação Impacto Global is a non-profit foundation under Mozambican law, with its head office in Maputo City. This website is operated by the Foundation and is available at fig.org.mz.
2. What data we collect
- Data you send us: name, email address, organisation, subject and message content, when you use the contact form.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, logged automatically by the server for security and operational reasons.
We do not collect sensitive data through this website and we do not ask for payment details on this platform.
3. What we use the data for
- Replying to the messages you send us.
- Assessing partnership, project or volunteering proposals.
- Keeping the website secure and working properly.
We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it to third parties.
4. Who we share it with
Data is accessed only by Foundation staff who need to see it. It may be shared with our hosting and email providers, strictly as needed to deliver those services, or with authorities where the law requires it.
5. How long we keep it
Messages received through the form are kept for as long as needed to deal with the matter and, where relevant to the Foundation’s work, archived in line with our accountability obligations. You may request deletion at any time.
6. Cookies
This site uses only technical cookies necessary for it to function, including session cookies when an administrator logs in. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party behavioural tracking.
7. Your rights
You may ask us at any time for access to the data we hold about you, its correction or its deletion, and you may object to particular processing. Write to info@fig.org.mz.

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and access to the administration area is restricted. No system is entirely immune, but we take reasonable measures to protect the information you entrust to us.

This site may link to partner or public institution websites. FIG is not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.

If this policy changes, we publish the updated version on this page with its date. Material changes are flagged on the home page.
